Phone Numbers
A phone number is a workspace line — one number serves both inbound and outbound for every agent in the workspace.
Buying a number
1
Be on a paid plan
Free plan can't buy numbers. Pay-as-you-go and packs can.
2
Complete KYC (India)
Indian numbers require KYC by regulation. Submit once — most approvals are quick.
3
Purchase
Buy on the Phone Numbers page. The first month is charged via Razorpay.
4
Assign an agent
Pick which agent answers inbound calls to this number (or use the workspace default).
