Your responsibilities
- Have a lawful basis (consent or existing relationship) to call your contacts.
- Comply with TRAI/DLT and local telecom regulations.
- Honor opt-outs — the platform records them, but keep your own suppression lists clean too.
Repeated abuse or high opt-out rates can get numbers flagged by carriers. Keep lists clean and messaging relevant.
