Questions, answered

Which languages can the agent speak?

English plus Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi, Punjabi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam. The agent also handles English words mixed into regional speech, the way people actually talk.

Will callers know they are talking to an AI?

The agent runs on a native-audio model, so it responds quickly, handles interruptions and sounds natural. You control the persona and greeting — we recommend telling callers they are speaking with an AI assistant.

How does the free trial work?

Every new workspace gets 20 free minutes. During the trial you can call numbers you have verified, so you can hear the agent on your own phone before going live.

How is a call billed?

Calls are billed on their real duration against your minute balance. Packs start at about ₹9.5/min and drop to ₹8/min; Pay-as-you-go is ₹10/min. A phone number is a flat ₹300/month from a separate number wallet.

Can it connect to my CRM or other tools?

Yes. Trigger calls from any system with the REST API and receive signed webhooks when a call starts, completes or fails. Google Calendar, Google Sheets and WhatsApp are built in.

Is outbound calling compliant?

The platform enforces consent attestation, Do-Not-Call suppression, calling-hour windows and pauses campaigns if opt-outs spike. You remain responsible for having a lawful basis to call and for TRAI/DLT rules.
