Developers — API
Errors & Limits
The API uses standard HTTP status codes; error bodies include a detail field.
| Code | Meaning |
|---|---|
| 200 / 202 | Success / accepted (async work queued). |
| 400 | Invalid request (e.g. missing consent on a campaign). |
| 401 | Missing or invalid API key. |
| 402 | Insufficient call credits — top up to continue. |
| 403 | Not allowed (number suspended, or free-plan limit). |
| 404 | Resource not found (agent, call). |
| 429 | Rate / safety limit (e.g. opt-out rate too high). |
Outbound and bulk calls need call credits > 0 and an active (non-suspended) number. A 402 means you're out of minutes.
