The booking flow

Check availability
The agent fetches real open slots for the caller's date and offers only those (never invented times).

Collect email
It asks for and reads back the caller's email to confirm the spelling.

Book
It books the slot on your calendar.

Confirm
The caller gets one branded confirmation email with an attached calendar event (add-to-calendar + reminder built in).
A post-call safety net books the agreed slot and sends the email even if the model only talked about booking — so confirmations are reliable.
Email is always the default channel. WhatsApp confirmation is a paid add-on that only fires when your workspace has connected WhatsApp.
