Outbound & Bulk Calling

Call one contact or thousands. Outbound uses your workspace number as caller ID.

Single call

On the Calls page click Dial, pick an agent, and enter a number.

Bulk campaign

1
Add contacts
Click Bulk Call and choose one of three sources: Upload File (CSV/Excel, drag & drop), Google Sheet (import straight from your Google account), or Paste Numbers. Phone, name, company, and email columns are auto-detected in any layout.
2
Configure
Pick the agent and a calls-per-second rate. Start low (1/sec) and ramp up.
3
Consent
Confirm the consent attestation — required to launch.
4
Launch
The platform scrubs your Do-Not-Call list, then dials at your chosen rate.
Free plan is capped at 3 contacts per campaign. Always test with a couple of your own numbers first — these are real, billed calls. The campaign stops automatically if you run out of credits mid-run.

Import from Google Sheets

Import contacts directly from a Google Sheet — no downloading and re-uploading. Works for private sheets too; you authorize read-only access once with your Google account.

1
Open the Google Sheet tab
In Bulk Call (or the bulk form on the Scheduling page), select the Google Sheet tab.
2
Connect Google (one time)
Click Connect Google Sheets and approve the read-only permission. Your connection is remembered for next time.
3
Paste the sheet link
Copy the sheet's URL from your browser and paste it in. To import a specific tab, use that tab's link (its #gid=…); otherwise the first tab is used.
4
Import
Click Import. Rows load into the preview with phone/name/company/email auto-detected — then launch the campaign as usual.
We only ever read your sheets, and only when you import. Disconnect anytime from the Google Sheet tab, or revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
